But Shakhtar have pounced for the 24-year-old, activating his release clause.

Marin tipped for loan move

Marko Marin s agent claims there are several interesting offers to take his client away from Chelsea on loan until the end of the season.

Since joining from Werder Bremen in the off-season, Marin has made only nine appearances and is keen to ensure that he does not disappear from Germany international contention, with CSKA Moscow reportedly among those interested.

I will not hide the fact that Marin has several interesting offers of a loan until the end of the season, player representative Fali Ramadani told the Daily Mirror.

Marko wants more playing time but we understand that at a major club like Chelsea there will always be serious competition for places.

Marin feels good in London but, in order to play regularly for the German national team, he ne…

Klopp still has ´final say´ on transfers after Edwards appointment

Jurgen Klopp has insisted any blame relating to Liverpool transfers should still be aimed at him following the appointment of Michael Edwards as sporting director.

Liverpool confirmed the appointment of Edwards on Friday, with the 37-year-old stepping up from his previous roles on the club s transfer committee and as a technical performance director.

Edwards is expected to support Klopp with a constant flow of player information relating to recruitment and the German believes it is a step in a positive direction.

However, Klopp was quick to reaffirm that the final say will still come from him.

From my point of view it s a very natural decision, he said at a media conference.

When you have the right person in the club then you have to use this …

France to beat Australia and over 2.5 goals 20/21 for Saturdays World Cup showdown

Market: France and over 2.5 goals

Odds:

Tipped by many as the favorites to win the tournament outright, France will kick off their Group C campaign when they meet Australia at the Kazan Arena on Saturday morning.

For Didier Deschamps France side, after reaching the final of Euro 2016 before being beaten by Portugal, The Blues impressed during qualifying and topped Group A in empathic form. While they are coming off the back of a 1-1 draw with USA, France have only lost one in their last 14 and Deschamps has an incredibly talented squad to call upon. While Antoine Griezmann is arguably their talisman, one man to watch is 19-year-old Kylian Mbappe, the PSG teenager has three in his last four for France.

For Bert van Marwijk s side, while the Yellows ar…

How To Fast-Travel In Suicide Squad- Kill The Justice League

In Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League, fast travel is possible, but it’s not immediately obvious how to do it. That’s because it’s also not immediately available, and even once it is available, it still has some limitations. So it’s much less straightforward than your average open-world game. Here’s how to fast-travel in Suicide Squad so you can kill the Justice League with record speed.

Suicide Squad fast travel explained

Fast travel isn’t available in the story until midway through the game’s third chapter, as shown in the Squad menu when paused. During this chapter, you’ll be interacting with The Flash for several missions, though I won’t say more so as not to spoil anything. After a particular mission in which you meet a new ally, you’ll be shown a prompt …

Rashford returns to Man Utd´s squad for Sevilla trip

Manchester United have welcomed Marcus Rashford back into the fold for their trip to Sevilla in the Europa League.

Rashford, who has scored 28 goals this season, suffered a groin issue in United s 2-0 win over Everton at Old Trafford on April 8.

The England international subsequently missed last week s 2-2 draw with Sevilla in the first leg of the Europa League quarter-final tie, as well as United s 2-0 win over Nottingham Forest in the Premier League on Sunday.

However, Rashford has travelled to Spain for Thursday s second leg at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan, with Luke Shaw also returning from injury after not featuring since April 2.

Bruno Fernandes is not available to Erik ten Hag due to suspension, though.

Scott McTominay is also out.

Madrid not giving up the fight ´but Atletico keep winning´ – Courtois

Thibaut Courtois insists Real Madrid will fight until the end in this season s LaLiga title race but acknowledges Atletico Madrid s outstanding form will make it tough.

The defending champions lost 2-1 at home to Levante on Saturday, meaning they remain seven points behind the league leaders, who now have two games in hand.

Madrid led through Marco Asensio after 13 minutes but were already down to 10 men by that stage, Eder Militao dismissed following a two-minute VAR delay.

Timed at eight minutes and 12 seconds, it was the quickest red card received by a Madrid outfield player in LaLiga since at least the 2003-04 season.

Los Blancos could not withstand the Levante pressure and were pegged back before half-time by Jose Luis Morales.

Courtois saved…

Uruguay FA backs accused Suarez

The Uruguayan Football Association says it will defend Luis Suarez from claims he punched an opposing player during a World Cup Qualifier.

The incident occurred during Chile s 2-0 victory over Uruguay in March, when Suarez allegedly threw a punch in the direction of Gonzalo Jara.

Referee Nestor Patana missed the altercation in the penalty area and with retrospective action likely to be taken, the AUF are adamant they will stand by their star man.

Once again we feel Suarez is being persecuted by different football leagues, mainly the English, and we think this is unjust because it s a normal action in football, AUF president Sebastian Bauza told the Comnebol website.

We will defend him very strongly. We are working with all the videos and pictures showin…

Marseille land Monaco´s Ocampos

After struggling for regular football at Monaco, Lucas Ocampos has joined Ligue 1 rivals Marseille on an initial loan deal.

Lucas Ocampos swapped Monaco for fellow Ligue 1 title hopefuls Marseille on an initial loan deal on Monday.

The versatile forward moved to Monaco ahead of the 2012-13 campaign when the club were in the second tier of French football.

However, the Argentinian has found first-team football hard to come by at Stade Louis II this term and has started just seven times in the league.

Marseille have subsequently swooped to take the 20-year-old to the Stade Velodrome on a temporary basis, with Marcelo Bielsa s men retaining the option to make the deal permanent.

Ocampos could make his debut in Marseille s visit to Rennes on Saturday.…
